Foster a culture of openness –

  • Enhance outreach and pathway programs for underrepresented groups in healthcare professional training

Engage effectively –

  • Broaden our mentorship programs to encompass our faculty and learners outside of Montreal, also in French

Ensure our work is known to our communities –

  • Develop our government and public relations strategies focusing on our contributions in Quebec, in French
  • Introduce a high-profile annual public lecture/event on health services delivery / public healthcare

People: attract, develop and retain talented, diverse staff and academic leaders

  • Develop an administrative “dashboard” for key metrics: staffing levels, retention, costs vs revenues, etc.

Tools: to enable effective data-informed decision-making

  • Stop initiatives, as well as start new ones, based on the data we collect

Systems: to improve quality, efficiency and our agility

  • Benchmark administrative activities
