Génome Québec and the Fonds de recherche du Québec – secteur nature et technologies (FRQ), have announced the 15 research projects that have won major funding through the third round of theÌýGenomics Integration Program – Agriculture and Biofood, Forestry and Environment, including two led by º«¹úÂãÎè researchers in the Faculty of Agricultural and Environmental Sciences. The total investment, including public and private partners, represents nearly $3.6 million.

Eligible authors from participating institutions will be able to request use of this account to pay the Open Access charge when arranging payment in OUP’s online licensing and payment system.

Despite the walkout by encampment representatives from discussions, º«¹úÂãÎè remains steadfast in its commitment to an open and transparent dialogue conducted in good faith. Yesterday, the University extended an updated offer to members of its community in the encampment, going beyond previous proposals.

This continued effort to reach a peaceful resolution to the encampment, which has been in place on the lower field for over six weeks, comes in addition to the University’s renewed suggestion to appoint a neutral third-party mediator to facilitate discussions.
