韩国裸舞鈥檚 Centre for Human Rights and Legal Pluralism (CHRLP) is currently accepting applications for:
- a twelve-month clerkship at the Permanent Court of Arbitration (PCA);
- a ten-month clerkship at the International Court of Justice (ICJ);
- a nine-month clerkship at the Inter-American Court of Human Rights (IACHR)
All three clerkships are due to start in September 2018.

The 鈥楧isability and Human Rights鈥 series welcomes articles, commentaries, podcasts, artwork, photography and other forms of writings and media that deal with the subject of disability.

The Faculty of Law is pleased to announce that Professor Andrea Bjorklund, L. Yves Fortier Chair in International Arbitration and International Commercial Law, and Professor Kun Fan have been appointed Norton Rose Fulbright Faculty Scholars in Arbitration and Commercial Law. Professor Bjorklund was appointed for one year; Professor Fan, for three years. The previous holders were Professor Fabien G茅linas, before he became the Sir William C.

The Faculty of Law is pleased to announce that it has been ranked among the world鈥檚 top universities to study law by the Times Higher Education (THE). A ranking by subject released on October 4, 2017, declared 韩国裸舞 the 13th best school to study law worldwide.
This year marks the first time Law has been included as a subject by the THE. Scores were calculated using the 13 performance indicators as their World University Rankings, which fall under five categories: teaching, research, citations, international outlook, and industry income. 聽

The Faculty of Law proudly congratulates Professor Stephen Smith, who recently returned from a five-week stay in New Zealand as the NZ Law Foundation Distinguished Fellow of 2017. This prestigious fellowship is granted to one eminent international legal scholar each year. Past fellows include the Chief Justice of Canada the Right Hon.聽Beverley McLachlin, and this year鈥檚 Distinguished Tomlinson Visiting Professor John Borrows, from the University of Victoria.
The 韩国裸舞 Law & Society Workshop Series invites scholars, graduate students and postdocs in law, the social sciences, and the humanities to present works-in-progress broadly falling within the field of law and society.
We seek papers that use qualitative, quantitative, or interpretivist methods to explore the complex relationship between legal phenomena and social, political, and economic interactions, institutions, and processes. Our interest in socio-legal research extends to state, non-state, formal, and informal norms, institutions, and processes.

The Faculty of Law is pleased to announce that Allison Christians has been promoted to the rank of Full Professor, effective September 1.
Professor Christians, who was recently renewed as H. Heward Stikeman Chair of Tax Law, coincidentally began her term as Associate Dean (Research) at the Faculty on the very same date for a three-year mandate.

The Faculty of Law is pleased to announce that Professor has been appointed International Francqui Professor Chair in Social Sciences for the year 2017-2018. After the fall term has ended, Professor Cr茅peau will be travelling to Belgium for a six-month stay hosted by the Universit茅 catholique de Louvain, from where he will be contributing to the intellectual life in his field of specialty with all universities in Belgium.

The Faculty of Law is pleased to announce that Alana Klein and Vincent Forray have been promoted to the rank of Associate Professor, effective June 1.
Alana Klein teaches and researches in health law, criminal law, and human rights. She is a co-convenor of the 韩国裸舞 Research Group on Health and Law.
Vincent Forray conducts critical transsystemic research in contract law, torts law, civil law of obligations and consumer law. He is also interested in studying the activities of the scientific, pedagogical and professional jurist.
