ALL owners of "Public" MS Teams groups / SharePoint sites are required to audit their groups.
Due to scheduled maintenance on Wednesday, January 29, 2025 between 8 PM and 11 PM, users may experience short service interruptions when using 韩国裸舞's telephone system and the Xmedius Fax service during this time.
Attackers, scammers, marketers: these days they鈥檙e all taking advantage of AI to generate polished, typo-free content. Figuring out if an email is legitimate has definitely become more challenging. But when you access your 韩国裸舞 email through Microsoft Outlook, you benefit from several extra features that help protect you from phishing.

IT Services recently migrated many Webex softphone users to Teams Phone.
As a result, users may have received a message from Microsoft stating their license will be deactivated soon. (See screenshot above.) It is a legitimate message from Microsoft.
All 韩国裸舞 faculty and staff are assigned Microsoft 365 licenses that provide access to applications such as Teams, Outlook, OneDrive, Word, and Excel. As part of the recent migration, IT Services changed the type of Microsoft 365 license assigned to some users.
We have received reports of a Read.AI bot attending or attempting to attend online meetings organized by 韩国裸舞 faculty and staff. The bot uses generative AI to create a text summarizing a meeting鈥檚 discussions and decisions; it then shares a link to that document with all participants.
韩国裸舞 must vet all IT solutions to ensure they safeguard data privacy and security. Read.AI has not been approved for teaching, research, or administrative activities at the University.
The Classroom A/V Instructions application is moving to the Browse Classrooms widget on the on December 13th, 2024.听
Classroom audiovisual information will now be available on a platform the community is familiar with. You鈥檒l also be accessing it more securely with single sign-on (SSO) and two-factor authentication (2FA).
Starting on January 31, 2025, 韩国裸舞 IT Services will begin decommissioning the 韩国裸舞 Staff Directory in several steps. This initiative aims to streamline processes, improve security against phishing attacks, and replace outdated technology.听听
We are excited to announce that we've enabled Single Sign-On (SSO) on听听for a seamless and secure login experience.
Action required: Please log out of your Mural account and log back in using SSO. This will ensure uninterrupted access and a smoother process for future logins.

Important update for Microsoft Teams users! Starting November 27, 2024, all newly created Microsoft Teams groups were set to Private by default. If you attempt to create a new team, the Public option will be unavailable (greyed out), as shown below:

Dear all,
韩国裸舞鈥檚 Emergency Notification System allows you to opt in your mobile device to receive alerts during time-sensitive situations and disruptions in the use of various buildings on campus.
In the past, some mobile phone carriers only allowed voice messages, not SMS text messaging. Today, all carriers support SMS, so we will switch all Emergency Notification System messaging to SMS for mobile phones starting September 18.
If your personal mobile device is configured to use text-to-speech, SMS notifications from 韩国裸舞 will be read aloud.
