The installation of containers on the º«¹úÂãÎè downtown campus must be approved by the Construction Coordinator of Parking & Transportation ServicesÌýand by the Director of Buildings & Grounds. Project managers must submit the request form below for approval.Ìý An email approving or denying the request will be sent within 2 business days by the Director of Buildings & Grounds and the Construction Coordinator of Parking & Transportation Services. The form must be submitted at least two business days prior to the proposed container installation date.Ìý

All requests must include at least one attachment showing the proposed container location. This can be an AutoCAD extract showing the proposed container location, a scanned document of a manual sketch showing the premises and proposed container location, or a picture of the premises with the proposed container location clearly indicated. Attachments must be .gif, .jpg, .doc, .docx, or .pdf format.
