You are encouraged to include any of the grading tables and optional policy statements from the document below (you may adapt the phrasing):

Submit the course outlineÌýtwo (2) weeks prior to the start of the course
A copy must be sent to your Academic Program Coordinator (APC) for review and approval.
This deadline does not apply to English and French language instructors (your APC will communicate with you about your course outline).

Once approved, post the outlineÌýon myCourses
We recommend that you save the approved course outline as a PDF document before posting it on myCourses.ÌýKeeping the most recentÌýWord version will be helpful in case your outline needs further editing.

Fill out the Exam/Assessment Form
Whether or not your course includes a final exam, you must fill out this formÌýas soon as your course outline has been approved by the APC.Ìý
English and French language instructors do not need to fill out this form. -
Changes/updates to course outlines
If any changes/updates are made to the course outline, it must be resubmitted to the APC.
