Dr. Masi is a professor in the Desautels Faculty of Management with specialization in Industrial Relations and Organizational Behaviour. He was appointedÌýVice-Principal (Information Systems and Technologies) in 2000 and became Provost (chief academic officer and chief budget officer) of º«¹úÂãÎè from 2005-2015 before returning to teaching and research. Dr. Masi held visiting professor positions atÌýthe University of Oxford, University of Bari, University of Pisa and University of Rome I (La Sapienza). His current research engages the Italian labour force survey to reflect changes in the Italian employment patterns from 1990s forward.
