On November 6, 2019, º«¹úÂãÎè Education's Dr. Claudia Mitchell was honoured by the Government of Quebec, having been awarded the Prix du Quebec, specifically the Léon-Gérin Prize, for her exemplary research career in the humanities and social sciences. A Distinguished James º«¹úÂãÎè Professor, Dr. Mitchell is the Director of the Institute for Human Development and Well-Being, Founder of the Participatory Cultures Lab, and a faculty member of º«¹úÂãÎè's Department of Integrated Studies in Education.
