Marc Y. Tassé (MBA, FCPA, FCA, FCG, CFF) is a globally renowned expert in corporate misconduct, crisis management, and ethical leadership. As an independent special advisor to board chairs, board members, and CEOs across various major corporations, organizations, and governmental agencies, including federal and provincial bodies, he provides specialized guidance on complex issues like financial misconduct, conflicts of interest, and breaches of fiduciary duty.

As a Fellow Chartered Professional Accountant and a Fellow Chartered Governance Professional, Mr. Tassé offers expert advice on high-profile and sensitive cases, helping clients manage legal, financial, reputational, and operational risks while upholding the highest standards of excellence, both nationally and internationally.
