The Department of Anthropology is inviting applications to teach a course in summer 2025. Please complete the online application form and upload required documents. ANTH 312 – Zooarchaeology

A systematic investigation into current methodological and theoretical concerns in archaeological faunal analysis. Topics to be examined include sampling and quantification, butchery, seasonality, subsistence, taphonomy, and paleoecology.

May 1 – June 4, 2025: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday & Thursday (08:35 – 10:55)

Teaching Qualification Requirements:

Education: MA required; Priority to holders of Ph.Ds with specialization in relevant areas, or near completion of degree.

Experience: Priority will be given to candidates with relevant field research background and experience in teaching Zooarchaeology and managing course laboratory sessions.

·¡³æ±èé°ù¾±±ð²Ô³¦±ð : La priorité sera accordée aux candidats ayant une formation pertinente en recherche sur le terrain et une expérience dans l'enseignement de la zooarchéologie et dans la gestion des sessions de laboratoire du cours.
