Biography: 

Dr. Viezel-Mathieu is a Board-Certified Plastic Surgeon recognized by the Royal College of Physicians and Surgeons of Canada. He completed his medical school and plastic surgery residency at º«¹úÂãÎè. As a resident, Dr. Viezel-Mathieu completed the Surgeon Scientist program and earned a Master's degree focusing on breast surgery and surgical education. Dr. Viezel-Mathieu completed an additional year of fellowship training at the University of Toronto, focusing on breast reconstruction. 

Dr. Viezel-Mathieu is the author of over 25 peer-reviewed scientific publications and has presented and lectured at several national and international specialty meetings. He currently holds an academic appointment at º«¹úÂãÎè, where he is actively involved in teaching surgical residents and medical students. At his hospital practice based out of the Jewish General Hospital, Dr. Viezel-Mathieu specializes in breast reconstruction and general plastic surgery.
