Overview

Nursing Education : Advanced nursing knowledge and skills, within the scope of practice of a mental-health nurse practitioner, in the assessment and management of psychotic disorders, trauma- and stressor-related disorders, feeding and eating disorders, obesity and metabolic syndrome, and personality disorders. Recognition of the pathology associated with these conditions and development of longitudinal management plans that encompass biopsychosocial understanding of the conditions and address urgent and emergency situations will be explored.
