Overview
Languages : Linguistic, discursive and socio-linguistic rules and conventions appropriate to oral communication at an advanced level. Emphasis on the most common professional situations through functional exercises. Simulations for analysis and evaluation in class. Professional contexts to be studied: telephone communications, assessment interviews, informal reports, etc./ 脡tude des r猫gles linguistiques, des strat茅gies de communication et des protocoles appropri茅s 脿 des situations professionnelles courantes: t茅l茅phone, entrevue, compte rendu, rapport d'activit茅s, etc.. Pratique et d茅veloppement de techniques par le biais d'exercices de simulation. 脡tude de situations authentiques dans diff茅rents contextes professionnels.
