Sciences politiques : Organization and practice of public administration at the federal provincial and local level in Canada. Contrasting theories/techniques of public administration and policy, organization of field offices for delivery of essential public services, governments as employers, and institutional and policy changes to resolve crisis inherent in "the paradoxical view of bureaucracy".
