脡tudes juives : The structure, contents, foci and ideological assumptions of Jewish prayer. Texts will reflect the different approaches to prayer in Biblical, rabbinic, medieval and modern periods, with emphasis on the evolution of the classical Hebrew prayer book (Siddur) and the Passover Haggadah.
