Géographie : This course deals with the role of geographic information, paradigms and modes of analysis - including but not restricted to GIS - in environmental impact assessment and decision making. The focus will be on community-based decision making, particularly where conservation issues are involved. Cross-cultural situations, developing areas and the role of non-government organizations.

Terms: This course is not scheduled for the 2009-2010 academic year.
