Overview
Business Admin : An introduction to law with special emphasis on how it affects business. Topics include: court systems and their organization; practical aspects of procedural law; general nature of contracts and delicts; legal requisites for the validity of contracts; special contracts - sale, lease and hire, agency, bailment, loans, etc.
