Ms Perez's research interest focused mainly on the post-stroke population.ÌýÌý
Clinical Practice:
Ms Perez is a retired Advanced Practice Leader (Balance and Mobility) at the Feil/Oberfeld/CRIR/JRH Research Centre and neuro-clinician at the Jewish Rehabilitation Hospital (1989-2018). In the innovative positionÌýof Advanced Practice Leader (2010-2018), she shared her clinical expertise and skills with other clinicians and staff, consulted on challenging/complex cases (adult and pediatric) and treated patients using some of the advanced and hi-tech equipment available in the Research Centre. Ms Perez was especially involved in knowledge transfer activities with clinicians and programs to help promote and support the use of best and evidence-based practice as well as to promote the use of technology in everyday clinical practice.
