Seminar description

There is an increasing awareness of the crucial role played by creativity and innovation in all professional sectors. Taught by experts in the fields of knowledge management and competitive intelligence, this seminar aims to challenge innovation myths and outline concrete approaches professionals and organizations can use to spark—and manage—creative ideas and innovative processes in the workplace.

At this unique 1-day seminar, participants will learn critical success factors for effective innovation, gain familiarity with ideation tools and techniques, learn how knowledge management principles can support innovation, and benefit from proven practices for using competitive intelligence and knowledge discovery tools such as data mining and text mining to boost creativity and organizational innovation.
