Kalle Gehring is Director of the º«¹úÂãÎè Centre for Structural Biology and Professor of Biochemistry and an Associate member in Physics. His research interests lie in the application of biophysical techniques to understanding biological systems. Current projects include studies of the role of ubiquitin ligases in neurodegenerative diseases, protein phosphatases, protein chaperones in the endoplasmic reticulum and parallel-stranded nucleic acid structures.Â
