My principal background is in Bayesian computational inference and theory, specifically, Monte Carlo methods and stochastic simulation. My current research interests mainly lie in causal inference. 聽My main areas of applied work are statistical genetics and genomics, biological image analysis and time series. I have a large substantive interest in HIV, and I collaborate extensively with researchers at the Jewish General Hospital Lady Davis Institute.
