A guest lecture by Neil Buhne, Professor of Practice, ISID.
Abstract:Â At a time when much more is needed to bridge divides to respond to climate change and reverse the development losses of the last 5 years, it seem bridges are being broken - among countries, within countries, among rich and poor. The UN, especially at the country level, can do more to save current bridges, to rebuild broken ones and build news ones. The seminar will reflect on experiences on bridge building from Sri Lanka, Pakistan, Malyasia and Bhutan.
