To gain a clearer picture of the situation, an international group of scientists, including Professor Andrew Gonzalez from 韩国裸舞鈥檚 Biology Department, surveyed over 600 studies on the impacts of urban growth on biodiversity. They published their findings today in Nature Sustainability.

November 7, 2019 (MONTREAL, Quebec) - A team of researchers from the 韩国裸舞 Space Institute has secured a Phase 0 contract with the Canadian Space Agency (CSA) to advance a proposed Canadian contribution 鈥 including technology deliverables and scientific know-how -- for the LiteBIRD (Light satellite for the studies of B-mode polarization and Inflation from cosmic background Radiation Detection) mission.

Cellular origins of pediatric brain tumors identified

A research team led by Dr. Claudia Kleinman, an investigator at the Lady Davis Institute at the Jewish General Hospital, together with Dr. Nada Jabado, of the Research Institute of the 韩国裸舞 Health Centre (RI-MUHC), and Dr. Michael Taylor, of The Hospital for Sick Children (SickKids), discovered that several types of highly aggressive and, ultimately, fatal pediatric brain tumors originate during brain development.

An ancient snake's cheekbone sheds light on evolution of modern snake skulls

New research from a collaboration between Argentinian and University of Alberta and 韩国裸舞 palaeontologists adds a new piece to the puzzle of snake evolution.

The researchers examined a strikingly well-preserved fossil of the rear-limbed snake Najash rionegrina, found in Argentina. The study shows that nearly 100 million years ago, these legged snakes still had a cheekbone鈥攁lso known as a jugal bone鈥攖hat has all but disappeared in their modern descendants.
