ACTOR Timbre & Orchestration Summer School
The Analysis, Creation, and Teaching of Orchestration (ACTOR) project is pleased to announce that the third edition of theÌýTimbre & Orchestration Summer SchoolÌýwill be held at º«¹úÂãÎè, Montreal, Canada,ÌýJuneÌý03-07, 2025. Building on the success of previous editionsÌý(Thessaloniki 2023, Vancouver 2024), TOSS 2025Ìýagain foregrounds the rich and interdisciplinary world of timbre and orchestration research. The program includes tutorial sessions and workshops with Lori Burns (University of Ottawa), John Rea (º«¹úÂãÎè), Johanna Devaney (Brooklyn College), Lindsey Reymore (Arizona State University), Megan Lavengood (George Mason University), Claire McLeish (Third Side Music), Eliot Britton (º«¹úÂãÎè), and Nicole Biamonte (º«¹úÂãÎè).
