Title:Â Persistent Homology and Applications to Protein Classification
´¡²ú²õ³Ù°ù²¹³¦³Ù:ÌýPersistent homology is one of the main tools used in topological data analysis (TDA). We present a brief description of persistent homology and discuss some applications to protein classification. We will also discuss deformation of point clouds using persistent homology and some of its possible applications.
