Yoga & Gratitude

Come practice gratitude with Yoga movements facilitated by our amazing instructor Ela. This session will involve a 30 minute Yoga Asana practice and 5 minutes of shavasana, followed by a 20 minutes discussion panel about yoga, gratitude and all things wellness.Ìý
In collaboration with the Union for Gender Empowerment and º«¹úÂãÎè Residence Life we want to create a safer space for you to practice Yoga. As a Beginner or a pro all are welcomed.Ìý
