Skills for Better Sleep

This workshop is intended for students who have difficulty falling or staying asleep at night due to anxiety or low mood, and who face difficulty during the day as a result of poor sleep. Topics covered will include a guided discussion on the structure and function of sleep, sleep regulation, insomnia and its causes, and strategies to improve sleep quality.Â
