Come out to this FREE skating event for º«¹úÂãÎè students hosted by the Student Wellness Hub at º«¹úÂãÎè (skate rentals included!). Connect with your peers, learn about how activity boosts mental health and fight stigma around mental health.
1-2 PM: Meet your LWA. Connect with your Local Wellness Advisor in your faculty and learn about how LWA's can support your mental health during your studies. Travel as a group to the Atrium with your fellow students.
2-5: Skating at the Atrium. Bell Let's Talk toques given out to all participants. All are welcome for all or part of the time!
