Join the Student Wellness Hub, Mcgill Yoga Club and the Living Laughter Academy on March 11th at 1-3 pm for a Laughter Yoga session for your body, mind and spirit! Laughter Yoga has been practiced in schools, hospitals, athletic and community centers as a way to benefit both physically and psychologically through laughter.The benefits of laughter yoga include improvements to your overall health as well as communication skills, appreciation, and positive attitudes.
