Exercise for Wellness

This workshop is open to all students who are looking for ways to incorporate exercise into their daily routine as a tool for improving mood and managing stress. It will highlight the many psychological benefits of exercise and will equip participants with practical tools to help them overcome the obstacles to successfully integrating exercise into their lives.
