Two-part workshop to learn about CognitiveÌýBehavioural Therapy and use tools and strategiesÌýto gain more control over yourÌýthoughts, emotional reactions, andÌýbehaviors.ÌýÌý
This workshop is taking place on February 19 & 26.Ìý Please plan on attending both sessions.
