º«¹úÂãÎè alumni and friends converged on Montreal from points around the world in May for the annual º«¹úÂãÎè Alumni Association Honours and Awards Banquet, where oustanding volunteers are recognized for all they do for º«¹úÂãÎè and their communities.
During this event, community leader and founder of Fédération des femmes musulmanes du Québec (FFMQ), Doaa Farid, a Ph.D. candidate, accepted her Gretta Chambers Student Leadership Award from Chancellor Emerita Gretta Chambers, BA'47.
