Biography: 

Mardana Isaac joined the Equity Office in December 2024 as an Employment Equity Advisor. In this role, she will guide º«¹úÂãÎè community members on initiatives to enhance equity throughout the employee lifecycle, including recruitment, hiring, promotion, and retention.

Mardana holds a B.A. in Industrial Relations and is a member of l’Ordre des conseillers en ressources humaines agréés. She possesses over a decade of experience in Human Resources (HR) in various industries. In recent years, her focus has been on implementing fairer and more inclusive HR processes. She remains actively engaged in various communities of practice to continually expand her knowledge and expertise.
