Biography: 

As the Senior Employment Equity Advisor, Ande (they/them) plays a key role in guiding members of the º«¹úÂãÎè community – including senior administrators and HR professionals – on measures to build and ensure equity in connection with recruitment, hiring, promotion, and retention across all employee groups at º«¹úÂãÎè. Ande holds master’s degrees in social work and urban planning and has worked extensively in the higher education and non-profit sectors, and as well has experience working in government and for-profits.
