A Quebec Retailer with Flour Power

Jos茅e Fiset, co-founder and vice-president of Premi猫re Moisson, says she鈥檚 selling 鈥渨ow!鈥� But her Quebec bakery chain is peddling more than bread and exclamation points. It鈥檚 selling the art of better eating.
鈥淓veryone [when they enter] feels at home,鈥� Fiset says. What a good bookstore is to bibliophiles, Premi猫re Moisson is to foodies.
