º«¹úÂãÎè’s Lean Six Sigma instructor catalyzes process improvement in Region of Peel

Alex Boussetta, who has instructed Lean Six Sigma courses at Desautels since the early 2000s, shares a story of transformation within the Region of Peel in the Greater Toronto Area. Thanks to the training he provided, the Region of Peel’s analytical team approaches their work in a more systematic, efficient way.
