As a popular go-to for vegans and health-conscious eaters, LOV restaurant, founded by Dominic Bujold (EMBA’13), has made the Travel Channel’s list of 13 Plant-Based Restaurants Around the World.
LOV has earned a dedicated clientele through popular dishes like kimchi fries, kale mac ‘n cheese and gnocchi.
