Eytan Bensoussan on mentoring, entrepreneurship and modern business banking

Eytan Bensoussan (BSc’05, MBA/LLB’10) loves a challenge. He has studied math, bio-chemistry, political science and management. In his career life, he worked for McKinsey & Company, the Globe and Mail, and Ferst Capital Partners before co-founding Ferst Digital, which is a modern banking platform for small businesses and start-ups.

He sat down with The Dobson Chronicles to talk about his studies, his development as an entrepreneur, and what he looked for while judging the º«¹úÂãÎè Dobson Cup. Of the competitors, he said that it’s different than looking at mature companies. Instead, he is “looking out for the team that has a fire in their eyes, that come rain or shine they are trying to figure this out.â€
