Equitable Employment and Growth in the Finance Industry
We are excited to invite you to attend the º«¹úÂãÎè International Portfolio Challenge (MIPC) Impact Panel to hear speakers from Lombard Odier, Ontario Teacher’s Pension Plan and KPMG discuss Equitable Employment and Growth in the Finance Industry.
This panel will be moderated by MIPC Team member and Management Undergraduate Society Sustainability and EDI Vice President Claudio Cichi. Panelists will discuss EDI recruiting practices for those from non-traditional backgrounds, diversity metrics and which ways they’ve found are more effective than others, methods to grow diversity at the executive level, and more. There will also be an opportunity for audience Q&A to end the session.
