MBA Lecture: A return to "normal"? Management in a remote world

The MBA degree was in transition even before the onset of COVID-19. Now, nearly two years later, the entire world has had to learn how to do business remotely, and leaders and managers in every country have begun debating what a “return to the office” will look like under these circumstances. The skills that managers will need in a post-pandemic world will be different, and the plans to change with them. In this discussion, Professor John-Paul Ferguson, Academic Director of the program, explains how teaching has shifted in the pandemic and how it will continue to evolve as companies wrestle with the unique challenges of remote workforces.
