Following the death of George Floyd, and the ensuing summer of resistance in 2020, many businesses signalled their commitment to improving HR practices and integrating EDI considerations into their work environments, especially in relation to recruitment and retention. This panel of HR and recruitment professionals will engage in a discussion regarding the impacts and implications of the last 2.5 years, as well as share their own experiences with addressing the need for increased diversity in talent pools. The panel will include a question-and-answer period.
