To strengthen the research component of the General Practice Residency (GPR) program, the Faculty is pleased to announce the nomination of the following faculty members as research directors at our GPR program sites.Ìý

- Jewish General Hospital site:ÌýDr. Sabrina Wurzba and Samira Rahimi
- Montreal Children's Hospital site: Dr. Beatriz Ferraz dos Santos Ìý
The directors will oversee research carried out by GPR program residents.ÌýResearch has been integrated into the GPR program to promote scientific development in a stimulating environment. Residents conduct original research on a specific topic of interest, follow the objectives of a research orientation, carry out a scientific study, analyze data, and contribute new knowledge to their field. Their projects are presented at the Faculty's annual Research Day, of which the 2025 edition will take place on April 23.Ìý
