In the Lean "Service+" simulation, participants learn to identify 8 types of common work wastes and discover the appropriate lean tools and techniques for reducing or eliminating those wastes. Participants will apply what they’ve learned via discussion of case studies. The workshop will be led by the Office for Mediation and Reporting (OMR) and the Office for Sexual Violence Response, Support and Education (OSVRSE), and conducted online via Zoom.
