This Program provides paid opportunities for graduate and undergraduate students to learn about equity, diversity, and inclusion (EDI) initiatives in Higher Education, lead both independent and collaborative projects, and develop core professional skills including inclusive teamwork and leadership behaviours.

The honour highlights the exceptional contributions of Canadians, many of whom work behind the scenes, making a significant impact on their community, their province, and sometimes even at the national and international levels.

Summer is in full swing! In addition to basking in the sun, several Schulich community members received prestigious appointments and competition prizes.

Mia-Lin Gromko, a Schulich School of Music student who is graduating from her undergraduate degree this year, is the winner of the prestigious Governor ³Ò±ð²Ô±ð°ù²¹±ô’s Academic Silver Medal. She is the first-ever Schulich student to earn this recognition at º«¹úÂãÎè.Ìý

Minister of Education, Bernard Drainville, and Minister of Higher Education, Pascale Déry, inducted the 25 new members of the Ordre de l'excellence en éducation at an official ceremony at the National Assembly on May 29th recognizing these new inductees for their contribution to education.

ProfessorÌýÌýof the º«¹úÂãÎè Department of Physics and the Trottier Space InstituteÌýhas been awarded the 2022ÌýÌýby theÌý. This medal is awarded once every two years to honour exceptional contributions to Astronomy & Astrophysics by young scientists anywhere in the world.

Karine Auclair, professor in the Department of Chemistry, is the 2023 recipient for the from the Chemical Institute of Canada (CIC).Ìý
Sponsored by the Canadian Council of University Chemistry Chairs (CCUCC), the Clara Benson Award is presented to recognize a woman who has made a distinguished contribution to chemistry while working in Canada.
