Atia Amin, a PhD candidate in the Langlais Lab at the Department of Human Genetics and trainee at the Victor Phillip Dahdaleh Institute of Genomic Medicine, is a budding changemaker and an engine that seemingly doesn’t stop running.

There was stiff competition at last week's Lister Family Engaged Science 3MT Competition. In the end, eleven stellar graduate students delivered riveting pitches to a packed room of supporters, that included Honours Science students from John Abbott College.
Congratulations are extended to all "Mac" 3MT participants.

Alain Li and Aurélie Lacroix, PhD students in Chemistry, were selected from a strong pool of applicants as finalists in º«¹úÂãÎè’s French 3MT competition. The competition took place on Wednesday, March 16, in the Thomson House Ballroom. Aurélie Lacroix won one of the 3 prizes with her presentation "Ciblage thérapeutique avec des cages d'ADN". Aurélie will defend º«¹úÂãÎè's colors at the upcoming Quebec wide competition. Congratulations Aurélie!
