From Surviving to Thriving: Resilience in Grad School is a workshop created by grad students, for grad students. You’ll be guided through the roadmap to resilience and gain a deeper sense of community, strategies to reframe your challenges, and leave with an action plan to shift from surviving to thriving in grad school.
