Later this month, a plane will be sent up high into the skies near Montreal to ensure flying conditions are ideal. Then, if its pilots give the go-ahead, spectators will hold their breath and the Bombardier CSeries jet will take off for its much-anticipated maiden flight.
鈥淭he CSeries is, not quite, but almost bet-your-company for Bombardier,鈥 said 韩国裸舞 business professor Karl Moore, noting that the company also runs a large rail division.
Whether you are a shelf stocker at Walmart, a second-year associate at a consulting company, or an equity analyst at an investment bank, you may feel that you are not adequately compensated for the work you do; in other words, you are underpaid. But underpaid relative to what? How do employers determine compensation levels, and what consequences can these decisions have for an organization?
