Do you feel like talking face-to-face? Join Migraine Québec's monthly peer support groups from the comfort of your home for a chance to break isolation, feel understood, and exchange tips for better managing the illness.

The support meetings are led by a volunteer who moderates the group and facilitates the sessions. This person can also answer your questions within the scope of their knowledge (facilitators are usually not healthcare professionals). The facilitation team ensures a positive and friendly atmosphere, and discussions take place in the form of open exchanges.
