How: Pay $8 to register for our 5 Km walk or 10 Km run and collect pledges of $25 for Outreach

Where: Mt. Royal Trails (see Map at )

The event will start and end at Sir George- 脡tienne Cartier monument on avenue du Parc

• All participants will be given a free t-shirt, certificate, goodie bag, and are invited to a free BBQ
• The first 3 runners to cross the finish line will receive a special prizes

When: Saturday September 25th, 2010

**Deadline to register: September 17, 2010

• 10h00聽 to 10h40 ~ Sign-in
• 11h00 to 1h00 ~ Walk or Run
• 12h00 to 13h30 ~ BBQ Begins
