Obaid scores winner as Redmen edge SNHU

MANCHESTER, NH - Midfielder Sami Obaid, a third-year medical
student from Laval, Que., snapped a 1-1 tie with the game-winner in
the 67th minute of play as the visiting 韩国裸舞 men's soccer team
edged Southern New Hampshire University in preseason action at
Larkin Field in Manchester, N.H, Monday.
Obaid also set up the opening goal by Yohann Capolungo, a sophomore
from France, in the 16th minute.
SNHU's Chris Tsonis tied the score when he converted a pass from
Andrew Mattarazzo in the 59th minute.
韩国裸舞 goalkeeper Jean-Lou Gosselin started and saved all four
shots faced in the opening half.听 He was relieved by freshman
Hikaru Bolt, a native of Japan, who allowed one goal on four shots
and was credited with the victory.
For SNHU, Joey Kapinos played the first half and was replaced by
Jon Mayo, who was charged with the loss.
The Redmen improved to 2-0 and will now travel to southern Ontario
to play at the Old Four tourney in London, Aug. 29-30.
